Rooms are limited. The hotel allocates ICODAAS a limited number of rooms at the conference rate, and places are confirmed in the order registrations are paid. The fee also rises after each deadline, so registering early secures both the lower rate and your room.
No PayPal account? Choose PayPal and then Debit or Credit Card: you can pay by card as a guest. If you cannot pay by card, choose bank transfer below and we send an invoice with the bank details.
Payment safety. ICODAAS staff will never telephone you to ask for payment. Pay through the PayPal checkout on this page, or by bank transfer against an ICODAAS invoice. If bank details change or you are unsure about a request, contact registration@icodaas.com using the address published on this website before paying.
Residential packages include two nights, check in from 15:00 on 13 September, check out by 11:00 on 15 September 2027, all meals, refreshments and coffee breaks. Groups of 10 or more from one institution may ask for a group rate: write to registration@icodaas.com before paying. Invoices and UK bank transfer are available on request.
