Getting there

Fly to Antalya Airport (AYT), which has direct connections across Europe, the Middle East and beyond. The Lara coast is a short taxi or transfer ride from the airport.

Hotel transfer can be arranged with the hotel directly. The secretariat can share contact details once you register.

Staying at the venue

Residential packages include two nights, check in from 15:00 on 13 September, check out by 11:00 on 15 September 2027 with all meals, refreshments and coffee breaks.

Arriving earlier or staying on? Ask us about extra nights when you register, subject to hotel availability.

Visas

Many nationalities can visit Türkiye visa free or with an e-Visa. Please check the official Republic of Türkiye e-Visa service for your passport.

Registered participants receive a letter of invitation within 7 working days of asking. A letter supports your application but cannot guarantee a visa.

Good to know

• Mid September in Antalya is usually warm and dry. Light clothing, and a layer for air conditioned rooms.
• Currency is the Turkish lira; cards are widely accepted.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel and health insurance.
• Tell us about access or dietary needs when you register and we will arrange them with the hotel.
