Prices are in pounds sterling. ISO LONDON LIMITED is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Every application is reviewed before it is accepted. Exhibition tables are included in the Silver, Gold and Platinum levels only and are not sold separately. Additional registrations for partners are available at the standard rate.

How it works

Simple, transparent and confirmed in writing at every step.

  1. Apply onlineChoose a level, tell us about your organisation and upload your logo.
  2. ReviewThe organisers check the application against the partnership policy below.
  3. InvoiceOnce accepted, you receive the invoice with payment details by email.
  4. ConfirmationWhen payment is received, the partnership is confirmed by email.
  5. VisibilityYour logo and a link to your website go live on icodaas.com at your level.
Ethics

Partnership policy

ICODAAS follows international ethical standards for addiction science, including the Farmington Consensus of the International Society of Addiction Journal Editors.

We do not accept support from

  • Tobacco and nicotine companies
  • Alcohol producers and distributors
  • Gambling and betting operators
  • Recreational cannabis businesses
  • Foundations, associations or groups owned, funded or controlled by the industries above

Independence of science

  • Partners have no influence on speakers, abstract review, the programme or the proceedings
  • Speaker travel is paid through the organiser, never directly to a speaker, and is disclosed
  • No partner branding on certificates or in the proceedings
  • No product promotion in scientific sessions. Partner sessions are marked as such and their content is agreed in advance with the Scientific Committee
  • All partners are listed publicly on this page
  • The organisers may decline any application without giving reasons
